Friends,
The main purpose behind creating this platform/initiative is to channel the experience and resources of former hostel residents — those alumni who are now in government or non-government jobs, who hold responsible positions, or who are engaged in active professions — so that their benefits reach the current students living in hostels and the community. The aim is to build a strong, organized movement of the community that actively participates in every field, representing our people, carrying forward the ideas and legacy of Babasaheb Ambedkar.
In short, we want to create a powerful next generation that, in the future, will be educated, socially conscious, hardworking, loyal, and disciplined; politically organized; and culturally united.

PREAMBLE
Channel the experience and resources of alumni who have now established themselves in government or non-government roles, holding responsible and active positions. This initiative seeks to ensure these benefits reach current students residing in hostels and the wider community.
Our aim is to build a strong, organized community movement that actively participates across all fields, representing our people and carrying forward the vision and legacy of Babasaheb Ambedkar.
Ultimately, we want to foster a next generation that is educated, socially conscious, hardworking, loyal, disciplined, politically organized, and culturally united.
Immediate / Practical Activities
To respond to current needs, we will organize and deliver:
- Appropriate guidance for examinations and careers.
- Distribution of study materials and textbooks.
- Help with online applications.
- Arrangements for food and lodging as needed.
- Accommodation and meal facilities during exam periods.
Based on concrete results and achievements over the next 5–10 years, we will focus on larger initiatives that serve the community.
Educational Objectives
Establish our own educational institutions to raise the level of learning within the community and nurture highly educated leaders for social change.
Build hostels capable of housing 2,000 children to provide an environment conducive to study and success in government jobs.
Provide comprehensive facilities including accommodation, food, libraries, and structured coaching for competitive exams such as UPSC and GPSC.
Identify, prevent, and stop harassment and caste-based discrimination, protecting children from exploitation.
Raise awareness about important laws such as the RTE Act, RTI, SC/ST Atrocity Act, and reservation statutes to empower the community.
Platform & Communication Goals
Build an integrated platform sharing accurate information on employment, exam preparation, government schemes, and legal guidance with practical and trustworthy advice.
Raise our media presence to inform and mobilize public opinion.
Unite government hostels across Gujarat’s SC/ST communities on a unified platform, empowering and organizing the community.
Social & Cultural Aims
Address backward traditions, superstitions, and internal divisions with concrete measures.
Recover and share the true history of saints and martyrs from Saurashtra, Kutch, North and South Gujarat, fostering pride and momentum for social uplift.
Prepare materials about traditional festivals, highlighting their cultural importance.
Encourage members to enter modern professions alongside traditional occupations.
Promote entrepreneurship, form associations in education and coaching sectors, and register talented students.
Cultural Programs & Commemorations
Celebrate occasions like Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti, Kabir Saheb’s jayanti, Rohidas Saheb’s jayanti, and other significant days.
Organize cultural events, sports, debates, exhibitions, and study sessions to spread social justice and rational thought.
